LOSS OF TRUST
From the noble American ideal, the corporation was born. This new entity, governed by the same law as an individual, developed its own bureaucracy. To call it democratic would be heresy!
The North American continent was won through bloody conflict. The Wilson Strickland survey, one of the major oilfields in the US, was awarded to a cavalry soldier who fought in the battle of San Jacinto.
Transferred to a first cousin who disappeared, leaving no will, the land was strong-armed by Humble Oil. The mineral rights were an easy acquisition for their horde of lawyers.
The nucleus of today's business model, the iniquity is reflected in the cries of hundreds of nations around the world.
Loss of Trust, a historical doc short H. Grevemberg wrote, directed, and produced, received the Remi award from the Houston Worldfest, was nominated for best editing at the Hermosa Shorts Fest, and was an official selection on Kevin Spacey's Triggerstreet.

Extracts from the journals of American Zen monk Wonil (H. Grevemberg), illustrated by scenes of temple life, the surrounding mountains and forests, and the streets of Seoul, form a visual poetry that conveys far more than word or image alone.
Dharma Fragments is an official selection at the Cosmo, Esoteric International, KinoDUEL, and the Film Frames International festivals. It won the Sponsor's award at KinoDUEL, Moscow.
A LETTER TO DICAPRIO
